As soon as possible, but not more than 7 days, after the Order is delivered to you, you must contact The Gloss Studio at the e-mail address listed on the website and provide a description and photographic evidence of the manufacturing error or cause of dissatisfaction. You must also provide photographic evidence of the condition of the packaging to enable The Gloss Studio to determine if the Goods were damaged during delivery to you.

4. Unauthorised Distribution: Unauthorised distribution or sharing of the product, including sharing the book, scanning the book or copying content, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Please respect our copyright and intellectual property rights. 

5. The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.

All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
